Our CHRISTmas Celebration


For those of you who were not able to attend our Christmas Celebration this year, we just want to say it was a great success and one to be remembered! First and foremost, we want to thank everyone who contributed in any way to make this celebration a very special time in the lives of all the children. Our time was spent as one big family celebrating the birth of our Savious and giving thanks for the many blessings that we received this past year! This years CHRISTmas drama was written by the same actors (children) that performed it! This made the celebration unique and touching with a clear message of the reason for CHRISTmas: The birth of Jesus Christ.

As Maria and I are prepare for Christmas, we have stopped to reflect on the many accomplishments we reached this year and it doing so we realize how blessed we have been as a couple, as a family and as servants in this great ministry of Matamoros Childrens Home.


For more than 35 years Maria and I have experienced HIS PROVISION here at Matamoros Children's Home. You, who have known and supported this Ministry for so many years have seen and experienced what He has done.


Christmas is just around the corner and your support is MOST NEEDED! We want to have a wonderful celebration of Jesus' birthday and provide gifts to all the children and staff. And the winner is...


Each year a contest takes place at MCH. All the children are encouraged to "create" a nativity scene by using only clay and cloth. This made it a little more challenging but the end results were amazing!!
