Currently, there are more than 150 children in residence.

The Director, Dr. Saul Camacho, expects that number will need to increase soon. Each Cottage holds ten children with a set of house parents. The age range is 3-19. It is the Camacho's goal to increase the family to 300 children in the future.

All the children attend public schools K - 12. There is a good percentage of children that go on to college as well. 

The children are all assigned daily chores for which they are responsible. Boys receive instruction in trades such as carpentry, electrical, auto mechanics, plumbing, welding, as well as raising farm animals and growing vegetables that will be used for our own consumption. Girls are trained in activities such as embroidery, sewing, weaving, healthcare as well as being taught to cook while helping with food preparation.
